Exchange & Returns
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make an exchange.
Items must be exchange within 7 days after getting the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN ANY ITEM ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT EXCHANGE.
Items exchanged outside this period will not be accepted.
We do not accept EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT on SWIMWEAR items.
Please note: we do not accept EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT on SALE items.
We would only accept exchange of your purchase for another item of the same or lower value than the own being exchanged or return your purchase for a credit.

Important return information
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Once a tag is removed from a garment, this garment cannot be returned.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be inspected and processed.
Please be advised that the trendy recovery does not offer returns only exchanges and store credit. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
